Last Updated: December 11, 2023
Below are the Terms & Conditions our customers sign as their commitment when agreeing to use Its Time Remodeling for their remodeling project.
Notice of Right to Cancel
You, the Buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date that you signed acceptance of the Proposal. Should the Buyer wish to cancel this transaction within three (3) days after the date of this transaction, see the attached Notice of Cancellation for an explanation of this right.
Warranty
The work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard construction practices in the Greater Cleveland Metropolitan area. All materials and workmanship are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one year from completion of the work. Its Time Remodeling LLC shall provide all necessary labor to repair or replace any defective work within one year of completion of the work. Its Time Remodeling LLC, upon completion of the work, shall assign any supplier warranties to the Owner and shall assist the Owner with any warranty claims against the material supplier after one year from completion of the work. Any labor after the one-year warranty period related to defective materials or supplier warranties shall be extra. This warranty shall be void if the Buyer or any other contractor attempts any additional repairs. The warranty is void if the Buyer does not conduct proper preventative maintenance. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, oral or written, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the amount the owner has paid Its Time Remodeling LLC on the contract.
Excess Costs
If at any time a home construction service requires extra costs above the cost specified or estimated in the contract that were reasonably unforeseen but necessary, and the total of all extra costs to date exceeds two hundred and fifty (250) dollars over the course of the entire home construction contract, you have a right to an estimate of those excess costs before the home construction service supplier begins work related to those costs.
Performance of the Proposal is contingent upon accidents or delays beyond the Contractor’s control. The Owner has to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
